Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-18

Apricode ("we", "us", "our") operates apricode.co (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

We collect the name, email address, and message text that you provide when submitting the contact form. We do not collect financial information through the Site.

2. How we use it

We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a project proposal, and follow up on a business relationship you have initiated. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Third-party services

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Its use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Submitting the form transfers a token and limited browser metadata to Google.

4. Cookies

We use functional cookies and localStorage to remember your cookie-consent choice and locale preference. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising cookies by default.

5. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement, then deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email hello@apricode.co.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
