Answear is a fashion e-commerce platform that needed to refresh its storefront with a calmer, more editorial feel without compromising on conversion.
What we did
- Rebuilt the storefront on a custom Shopify theme
- Replaced 18 apps with three custom sections
- Redesigned the product detail page for clarity and faster decision-making
- Refined the navigation taxonomy with the merchandising team
Outcome
The new storefront ships under 80 KB of JavaScript on the critical path. Mobile checkout conversion improved by double digits within the first month.
